Domingos Do Rosário N’tefula Torcida

Graduated in civil engineering at Kingston University in the United Kingdom in 1988, and then worked for a year as a free-lance engineer with some contractors in the UK.
From 1989 to 1999 he worked in Portugal (Lisbon), in the company FBO/DHV Consultores, as a consultant engineer and head of inspection team for some major works such as:
 Construction of the Belém Cultural Centre, the Lisbon Metro, rolling stock rail yards of Algueirão, North-South Rail Axis, 10 kms of tunnel, sanitation work at Costa de Estoril, Expo Park and others
In 1999 he joined the staff of HCB as head of the main department in the services of civil and geotechnical conservation at the dam, the hillsides and the underground work.
In November 2007 he was appointed a Director of HCB.
