Isabel Jonas Daviro Guembe

She obtained a degree in Legal Sciences from the Higher Polytechnic and University Institute (ISPU), now the Polytechnic University (Maputo – Moçambique). In 1981 she began working in the Ministry of Education and Culture. She moved to the General Secretariat of the Assembly of the Republic, where she undertook activities in the Legislative Procedure Division, the Division to Support the Working Commissions, and the Administrative Division – Department of Human Resources, between 1989 and 2007. Since 27 November 2007, she has been at HCB where she is a Director and a member of the Executive Commission.
