Paulo Muxanga

First Degree from the Eduardo Mondlane University (Maputo – Mozambique). Master’s Degree in Air and Space Law from McGill University (Montreal – Canada) and Master’s Degree in Air Law, Management and Economics of Air Transport at the Aix-Marseille University (Aix-en-Provence, France). In DETA/LAM (Mozambique Airlines) he held, among others, the posts of Staff Director and Legal Adviser. In the area of Mozambican civil aviation he also held the post of National Director of Civil Aviation. He was Mozambique’s Minister of Transport and Communications from 1994 to 2000. In the road area, he was chairperson of the Board of Directors of the National Roads Administration (ANE). He has been at HCB – Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa, since October 2006. Up until 26 November 2007, he was a Director, and as from 27 November of that year to the present he has been chairperson of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Commission of HCB.

É, a partir de 27 de Novembro do mesmo ano, até à data, o Presidente do Conselho de Administração e Presidente da Comissão Executiva, da HCB.
