Rosaque João Guale

Master’s degree in Water Resource Engineering and Management from the University of Zimbabwe. Degree in Geography from the Eduardo Mondlane University. He was a collaborator in the chair on Man and the Environment at the Eduardo Mondlane University, and with MICOA in the area of coastal management and matters related with water and the environment. He worked in Aguas de Mocambique (Waters of Mozambique) in the Procurement area and management of the 4 cities project (Beira, Quelimane, Nampula and Pemba). He has worked at HCB since January 2002 in the area of the management of Water Resources and the Environment.
In November 2007 he was appointed a Director of HCB.
