Internships, Training and Development
HCB grants 3 types of internships upon request, which are:
- Academic or Curricular Internship – That is destined to allow the intern to structure the learning process; Non-remunerated internship.
- Formal Internships – Is aimed to the performance of qualified professions, in order to favor their entry on the active life; remunerated internship with the national minimum salary.
- Professional Internships – Is aimed to the development of professional activities that are inclined to confirm the capacity of performing duties; remunerated internship with 75% of the value from the minimum salary of the position to which he serves as an intern.
