HCB DISTRIBUTES DIVIDENDS AS OF JULY 20, 2020

Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa (HCB), the concessionaire of the Cahora Bassa dam, will distribute a dividend of 0.064 meticais per share to its more than 17,000 shareholders as of July 20, 2020.
